OBJECTIVES OF ALUMNI ASSOCIATION OF ASBASJS MEMORIAL COLLEGE-ALUMNIBELA
- To construct an Alumni house to provide a common place for meetings of the members of the association.
- To promote family relations among all members of the association and the College staff .
- To promote and encourage the members to take active interest in the objectives and progress of the Alumni.
- To provide financial assistance and scholarships to the needy and the deserving students.
- To generate a Brain Bank of the professionals from amongst its members and provide services for the benefit of the Alumni and the society in general.
- To institute running shields, trophies and to award medals to promote the academic sports and cultural life of the Alumni and students of the College.
- To honor its distinguished members.
- Any other objectives in the interest of society as decided from time to time by the Old Students Association of the college.

OBJECTIVES OF ALUMNIBELA
Meetings of OSA are as follows:
o The first Meeting & Election was held on 2.5.2005.
o The second Meeting was held on 28.1.2006
o The third one was held on 31.1.2007

· Principal Dr. M.S.Dhillon was congratulated for having started professional courses like BSc(Biotechnology) , BSc(Computer Applications) and PGDCA courses in the college.
· The Alumni members were pleased to see a post graduate course running in their college for the first time since its inception in 1975.
· The Alumni meets must be kept on some weekend was given due consideration in this meeting.
· They suggested to start up a course in journalism and more post-graduate courses in the college.

· The members of OSA(Old Student Association), AlumniBela had a healthy interaction with all the staff members.
· They recalled the good old times they spent in this college.
· They assured the college authorities that they would be ready for any kind of help needed to the college.
· Amrita Sandhu was made the co-ordinator of AlumniBela.

· Was decided in the meeting of OSA, AlumniBela and officially announced that the students who will stand first in each class of all streams would be awarded separately by the AlumniBela.
· Some of the needy intelligent students were given financial assistance by the OSA.
· The need for a big auditorium was conveyed to the college authorities.

· The students who stood first in the university exams were given momentos by the OSA senior Vice President S. Naib Singh along with secretary S. Harprit Inder Singh.
· The deserving students were given financial support by the AlumniBela members.
· The OSA members took a round of the entire college campus and suggested to put more notice boards and water coolers in the college building.

· The OSA, AlumniBela members agreed to keep a membership fee for AlumniBela of Rs.100 each for the passing out students.
· It was unanimously decided that students who attain new heights in cultural activities, NCC and NSS would be awarded by OSA.
· Manjit Singh (Press Reporter, Ajit Daily) was unanimously made the press secretary for the OSA.

· Momentos were given to the meritorious students and to those who excelled in the field of sports.
· The main agenda in the meeting was to make a special plan to uplift the level of cultural activities going on in the region.
· Some economically weak students were given financial aid.

· The members of OSA, AlumniBela were given a brief introduction to NAAC and the facelift that the college has got eg. Fully automated library, biometric attendance system for staff, smart interactive board in the air-conditioned seminar hall, college website linked to news sites for automatic news updation on our website: www.belacollege.org.
· The OSA members congratulated the college managing committee and faculty for the NAAC peer team visit on 5 and 6th of Nov, 2012.
· Gurpreet Kaur, a fresh passout of the college was unanimously made the organizing secretary of the AlumniBela.
