Punjab Sangeet Natak Academy, Chandigarh in collaboration with Bela college has organized a four day Lok Rang Utsav. This Lok Rang Utsav was inaugurated by Bibi Harjinder Kaur, ex-Major Chandigarh, Chairperson- Punjab Kala Parishad, Kala Bhawan, Chd. who was the chief guest of the event and special guests S. Pushpinder Singh Kalley, SDM Chamkaur Sahib and S. Vazir Singh Khaira, DSP Chamkaur Sahib. The foundation stone of the open air theatre of Bela college, which was laid by Dr. M S Randhawa in 1985, was reinstated today at the inauguration function by the distinguished guests. The play �Kasaiwarha� was enacted by Raman Mittal and his team which enthralled the audience by good dialogue delivery and excellent use of lighting system. On this occasion Mr. H S Bhatti, advisor and ex- general secretary, Sh. Nirmal Dutt, general secretary Punjab Kala Parishad and Mr. Sudesh Sharma, secretary Punjab Sangeet Natak Academy were present.
