On the second day of Lok Rang Utsav S. G S Mehtot, chairman Block Samati, Chamkaur Sahib was the chief guest and S. D S Balrampur, member Block Samati, Chamkaur Sahib was the special guest for the event. A skit was presented by the students of Bela college while the play �Suraj chipan ton pehlan� was played based on the theme of Shaheed Bhagat Singh. S. Amarjeet Singh Maavi, S. Kesar Singh, Dr. Rajpal Chaudhary and members of the press were also present on the occasion.
