The third day of Lok Rang Utsav was marked by two plays namely �Tooa� (a pit on the road) and � Eh lahu kisda hai�. The first play was based on the ignorant and careless attitude of public towards a man fallen in a deep pit on the road. The second play was based on a story from the life of Guru Nanak Dev ji.

The function was presided by S. Gurcharan Singh Bains, chairman Sikh Gurudwara Committee Los Angeles, California and special guests were S. Palwinder Singh Dhillon, coloniser pardhan and Sh. Ashwini Kumar Sambhalki, chief advisor Parliament. S. Gurmail Singh, ex sarpanch, S Jaswinder Singh Toronto and Dr. Narinder Nindi were also present on the occassion.
