On the fourth day of the Lok Rang Utsav held at Bela college many artists presented a very colorful, breathtaking and stupendous series of shows depicting all the long lost traditional instruments and folk songs. The function was presided by Sh. Ram Singh Saini, pardhan vipar mandal.
