INTRODUCTION TO WASTE
Waste management is the precise name for the collection, transportation, disposal or recycling and monitoring of waste. This term is assigned to the material, waste material that is produced through various activities. This material is managed to avoid its adverse effect over human health and environment. The most important reason for waste collection is the protection of the environment.
AIMS AND OBJECTIVES:
- Avoiding and minimizing the generation of waste.
- Promoting and ensuring the effective delivery of waste services.
- Monitoring and reporting on performance with waste functions.
- To ensure that all are aware of the impact of waste on their health and environment.
- To ensure the proper cleanliness of the college campus and protection of the environment.
